Almost ready. Here's the whole thing.
Quick update from the build: ScoutYourLead is now feature-complete and in the hands of our first testers. The plumbing is done, the workflow runs end to end, and we're polishing the corners before we open the doors. We're launching soon. Here's everything that's in the box right now — so you know exactly what you're getting on day one.
01Where we're at
For the last few months this has been a one-person build, shipped in the open. The core is finished: you can find a local business, learn everything worth knowing about them, score the opportunity, write and send a personalised pitch from your own Gmail, and watch the replies come back — all in one place, all live data.
Right now we're in private beta with a small group of testers putting real outreach through it. Once they've kicked the tyres and we've ironed out the last wrinkles, we're opening it up. If you want in early, the waitlist is the line to be in.
02Find the leads
Type a business category — "plumber", "barber", "physio" — and a UK location, and ScoutYourLead pulls the live listings straight from Google Maps: name, phone, website, address, rating, review count.
- Scout — one search of an area, fresh-to-you results every time (anything you've already saved never resurfaces).
- Sweep wider — tiles a city into overlapping search circles so you get far more leads in dense centres where a single query caps out.
- Companies House triggers — watch for brand-new UK companies the week they incorporate. Nobody else is pitching a business that doesn't have a website yet. You will be.
03Know them before you pitch
Google Maps won't give you an email or tell you whether a site is any good. So one click of Deep Dive does the homework for you:
- Contact email — scraped from the business's own website, then SMTP-verified so you know it's real before you send (no bounces, no burned reputation).
- Social profiles + tech stack — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and what their site is actually built on. "Built on Wix" is a rebuild pitch waiting to happen.
- Site audit — a live Google PageSpeed score and how old the site is (via the Wayback Machine). Slow and dated is your opening line.
- Companies House — directors, SIC codes, how long they've been trading.
- AI review analysis — Claude reads their Google reviews and hands you the recurring themes plus concrete pitch angles ("customers can't book online — sell them booking").
04Score it, and keep it organised
Every lead gets a 0–100 opportunity score — reachability, quality and pitch potential rolled into one number, so the best prospects float to the top. From there it's a proper little CRM: pipeline statuses (New → Contacted → Replied → Converted), notes and an activity log on every lead, smart filters (🔥 hot, slow sites, Wix rebuilds, established-but-no-website), search, sort, and the option to share a lead list with a teammate.
05Reach out — like a human
Write templates with merge tags, or have AI draft and personalise each email per lead in one of three tones (warm, professional, data-driven) using that lead's own site, tech and reviews. Then send the batch through your real Gmail — so it lands in their inbox like a person wrote it, and replies come back to your real inbox. Open tracking shows you what's landing, and a strict daily send cap keeps your account safe.
06Hand over something impressive
This is the new one we're proudest of: a white-label client audit report. One click turns everything you've gathered — speed score, site age, platform, reputation, the lot — into a clean, branded PDF you can send straight to the prospect, with your name on it, not ours. It's the kind of thing agencies charge for. You get it for free, on every lead.
Round it out with Insights (sends, opens and reply rates per template, so you learn what works) and CSV / JSON export whenever you want your data in a spreadsheet.
07Fair, simple pricing
You're billed by leads, not some abstract credit you have to do maths on. A free tier to kick the tyres, then plans that scale with how much you're hunting:
- Free — 50 leads/month. No card.
- Starter · £29 — 350 leads/month (~£0.08 a lead).
- Pro · £59 — 1,000 leads/month (~£0.06 a lead).
- Agency · £99 — 2,500 leads/month (~£0.04 a lead).
Every tier includes the AI personalisation, the Companies House triggers, the audit reports and Gmail send. Cancel any time.
