Terms of service.
01Who we are
ScoutYourLead is operated by Rafal, a sole trader based in Scotland, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@studio103.co.uk.
02What this is
ScoutYourLead is a SaaS tool that helps web designers, marketers and agencies find and reach local businesses using public data such as Google Maps and Companies House. It is currently in private beta, available to approved users, alongside a public waitlist for wider availability. Paid subscription plans are offered to beta users.
03Accounts & the waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. By submitting your email you:
- Confirm you are aged 18 or over.
- Agree to receive the welcome email and product notifications (see our Privacy Policy for detail).
- Agree to these Terms.
You may remove yourself from the waitlist, or close your account, at any time by emailing hello@studio103.co.uk.
04Beta & early-access benefits
Early-access benefits — such as a free monthly lead allowance and early-bird pricing — apply to approved beta users and are described in the app. They are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may be varied as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
05Active development
ScoutYourLead is in active development. Features, usage limits and pricing may change as the product matures and as we incorporate user feedback. We will communicate material changes by email or in-app, and you may cancel a paid plan at any time.
06No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not warrant any specific uptime, and results depend on third-party data sources outside our control.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutYourLead and its operator are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any direct loss, however arising, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of data-protection law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
08Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page; minor wording changes may be made silently. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
