01Who we are

ScoutYourLead is a pre-launch service operated by Rafal, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: info@scoutyourlead.com.

02What this is

ScoutYourLead is currently a waitlist for an upcoming SaaS tool that helps web designers and marketers find local businesses without websites using Google Maps data. At the time of writing, the product has not launched. By joining the waitlist, you are signing up to be notified when it does — nothing more.

03Joining the waitlist

Joining is free. By submitting your email you:

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing info@scoutyourlead.com.

04Early-access perks

On the landing page we describe perks for waitlist members — for example, a number of free searches at launch, a lifetime discount for the first fifty signups, and first access to the UK dataset. These perks:

05No guarantee of launch

We are building ScoutYourLead but cannot guarantee the product will launch, or when. Signing up to the waitlist is not a contract to deliver the service, and does not create any binding obligation on us to build, launch, or maintain it.

06No warranty

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We make no commitment about uptime or response times for the waitlist form.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutYourLead and its operator are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total liability to you for any direct loss, however arising, is limited to £1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under English law.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page; minor wording changes may be made silently. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
